If anyone had to ask you, which is Europe’s largest city park, would you know? The answer would be the Englischer Garten (English Garden) in Munich. The main attractions of the park would include the Chinese Pagoda, a Japanese tea house and two beer gardens. The park also houses a Greek style temple, called the Monopteros. A Brief History: The construction of this garden was started in the late 1700s. Then Archduke and Elector Carl Theodor had taken the beautification and transformation of the city onto himself.
